Foundation Committees:

Community Service (Food closets, HART, refugees, Our Lady of Lourdes, Global Uplift Project, homeless, etc.)

Service Leadership Program (SLP) (Key Clubs, K-Kids, Service Leadership Program.)

Art Fiesta (Sacramento Suburban’s largest fundraiser.)

Gail Bash* (Funds donated by club’s first president with restrictions and specific uses.)

 *Gail Bash Committee is appointed by the current president, with one member continuing from current committee per Standing Rules and three additional members.

Kiwanis Family House (New, separate committee with single purpose of serving as liaison with the KFH, sponsorships, workdays sign-ups, Big Day of Giving, needs donations, and golf tournament fundraiser.)

Investment Committee (New committee to suggest investment potential for club’s savings funds to earn money to enable more outreach potential for those in need.)

Membership and Sunshine (Recruits, retains, orients new members; sends cards from club to members with losses, illnesses; and handles awards.)

Program (Finds relevant, interesting speakers to speak to the club at every meeting, ensuring no political, racial, cultural, faith-based, or sexual biases will be presented.)

Interclubs (Visits each club within the division and ensures attendance at District Council Meetings.)
